Terri McGray, CFP®, AIF®
President | Wealth Advisor
Terri McGray, CFP®, AIF®, works with professionals navigating the transition from accumulation to retirement, where investment decisions must be coordinated with income needs, longevity considerations, taxes, and major life transitions.
With more than three decades in the industry, Terri has guided clients through multiple market cycles, changing tax environments, and periods of heightened uncertainty. That experience has shaped a clear perspective: retirement success is driven not by isolated investment performance, but by how well planning and portfolio strategy work together to support real life. Her approach emphasizes intentional design and adaptability, ensuring strategies remain aligned as circumstances evolve and decisions become more interconnected.
With deep investment and finance expertise, Terri leads the firm’s investment philosophy and planning framework, overseeing how portfolios are constructed, income is generated, and risks are managed within the context of each client’s broader financial plan. Her role is to ensure that advice is evidence-based, coordinated across disciplines, and designed to deliver sustainable income and decision-making confidence over time.
Terri is also an educator and the author of the Retire Right series. She holds a degree in finance from California State University, Northridge, and is a Certified Financial Planner® and Accredited Investment Fiduciary®. She speaks nationally to accounting, HR, and professional audiences on retirement, longevity, and financial decision-making, bringing a forward-thinking approach that emphasizes preparation over prediction and analysis over reaction. Terri lives in Southern California with her husband and daughter and enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time outdoors.
Her firm has been recognized by InvestmentNews as a Five Star Wealth Management Team (2025), and Terri was named a Top Presenter for CPA professionals by CPAacademy.org (2024).
