Randall earned a Bachelor of Science degree from U.C. Santa Barbara and a law degree from Pepperdine University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. He is a proud resident of the Conejo Valley and he loves to golf, snow ski, spend time with his daughter, and travel to warm places.
